Service: BUYPHON facilitates transfers from your credit card limit to a verified Indian bank account. Charges are quoted before processing and deducted from the settled amount.

Your responsibilities: you must use a card issued in your name (or with the cardholder's authorisation), provide accurate KYC and bank details, and repay your card issuer according to your card's billing terms.

Verification: we may decline or delay any transaction that does not pass verification, at our discretion.

Timelines: same-day settlement is typical but depends on bank processing windows and is not guaranteed.
